SafeRack's MAUI-I portable platform serves as a railcar loading rack for the inspection or venting of railcars in multiple locations around your facility. The stable design and quality construction and provides safe, stable, dependable rolling platform and fall protection.

Rolls Easily, Adjustable For Varying Railcar Heights

The SafeRack portable ladder system is easy to roll and manuever into position. The ladder height is easily adjustable to varying railcar heights with an easy to crank hand winch. Once adjusted, the ladder locks in place with high quality stainless steel safety pins.

While SafeRack’s portable loading ramps are easily adjusted and highly maneuverable, the base of the rolling platform is exceptionally stable to ensure on-the job safety. Because of this stability, the fall protection cage does not need to rest on the railcar.

Parallel or Perpendicular, Two Heights Available

Two orientations are available: perpendicular or parallel. The perpendicular configuration allows for easy spotting along the length of the railcar, while the parallel configuration is designed for increased maneuverability in tight spaces. The ladder is also available in two adjustable sizes, with 10 to 14 foot and 12 to 16 foot models depending on the required height.
