Double Wall Piping

Double wall piping is a pipe within a pipe.  If the inner pipe should happen to leak the outer pipe provides containment, used to transport fuel in the petroleum industry.

It is also possible, to monitor the space between the inner and outer pipes. With monitoring, the presence of a leak can be identified.

Double-wall piping is another safety layer that the EPA believes in.
