Railcar to ISO Mobile Liquid Transfer Configuration

A SafeRack gangway integrated into a mobile transloader designed for Railcar to ISO Tank Containers (or ISOtainers) transfers of R-114 Refrigerant Gas. Because some of the liquid products may contain radioactive ions, a custom nitrogen purge system was designed to evacuate the entire system after transfers. S&S Technical, Inc, a company that specializes in fluid transfer, also included a nitrogen purge on the Blackmer HD603C compressor to prevent any fugitive emissions during transfers. This system includes a SafeRack G4 Series FRT gangway, TopTech load controls, PLC control panel with full-color HMI for the compressor and purge system operation and all necessary safety equipment to meet NFPA and OSHA safety requirements.
