Fantastic!

Taelor was awesome. She had great follow up time and any questions I had she had an answer for! We have ordered a couple of these from you guys, great product. A delivery truck took out the one we put in earlier in the year.

Amber was very good about quick response time.

Amber was very responsive as soon as she had the proper information to provide a quote for the loading arm bearings and seals that were needed.

Build quality is great, and the range of customization is wide.

It was difficult to find a situation the Maui couldn’t fit or easily and relatively cheaply be made to fit. The mobility is great, but being able to provide protection for both ISO style and common carrier bulk tankers was a major selling point. The assembly is easy to do ourselves. Maintenance of the Maui is very simple. What parts may need serviced or replaced or cheap to order and can be done onsite by in house maintenance. Provides great protection to workers on top of bulk style tankers or similar, especially if you live in areas with inclement weather.

My rep, Brandon Harrison, was highly capable.

My rep, Brandon Harrison, was highly capable. It was an unplanned replacement of an existing platform. Not matching the existing carriage system would prevent an easy replacement. Cost of the rack could have also prevented the purchase, but a good design gives a good final product that was easy to install and easy to use. The use of the unloading platform was not intuitive to some operators. I found it best to push the top step to start lowering the rack. Some operators just used the side handles with much more difficulty. A placard that says push here may be useful. Overall, I would recommend this product, it feels sturdy, has a good safety color pattern, and is easy to maneuver.

Great product that can be used in just about all of our applications.

I have nothing but good things to say about the emails I received throughout the process from researching this gate to verification that I had received it. We have been down the road of ordering specific sizes for specific openings and this product does away with those concerns due to its adjustability. Great product that can be used in just about all of our applications and is easy to install.

My sales rep was Johnny on the spot.

Product was delivered quicker than I thought it would get here. I was looking at possibly 6 to 7 weeks. We received it in about 3 weeks. My sales rep was Johnny on the spot. He gave me a couple of follow up calls that helped a lot. We have used SafeRack for some time, and will continue to use SafeRack. The products are better quality, last longer, and for me personally, they look better. I have recommended them to our other terminals, and most have switched over.
