Cost is always a consideration. We look for alternatives, but the quality of your products and the service balances the scales. We received exactly what we ordered. SafeRack also assisted in making sure we knew what was needed and asked questions we had not taken into consideration. Dealing with the sales rep was very smooth – the most responsive ever. Delivery was super fast – immediately after receipt of PO. I would absolutely recommend this product – fast turnaround, good price point, portable and easy to assemble.

The salesman Steven Dew was very responsive and kept me updated during the whole sales process. He emailed multiple times to provide updates for hurricane Florence. We liked the fact that you can customize the size of the platform. We tried looking for other suppliers and no one would provide this type of service. The removable rails are very important for us because we need to unload parts from the machine. We would recommend this product because of the quality, customization and friendliness of the sales team.

Good product that was delivered on time. The platform is light weight, easy to assemble and disassemble, and never needs painting.
