Thank you for your fast service.

Our main concerns here are safety and reliability. The gangways have proven to be the safest option for gaining access to the rail cars. The units have been very dependable, including one unit that is over 15 years old, and they were innovative. Due to difficulty placing all the tankers, SafeRack incorporated two of the gangways on a sliding track allowing for much needed adjustment.

SafeRack was probably the most willing and happy to help with any issues or questions I had.

Fixing some ergonomic issues within our pipeline station, accessing certain valves and a few piping crossovers. The product has not been delivered yet but I assume it will arrive very soon.

My product was shipped the same day the PO was approved!

The entire process went well. Chris Hite had a quote to me within 30 minutes of consultation. The product was available and the purchase was complete and in route the same day. My product was shipped the same day the PO was approved! Operators await the installation and will breathe a sigh of relief knowing that they are truly grounded when unloading potentially hazardous cargo.

The product is simple, clean, and sturdy. I would recommend the product and consider SafeRack again should a project require a loading dock system.
