Before the SafeRack ErectaStep Stair Tower was installed at this facility, operators faced the risky climb of a 50-foot ladder to access the roof. Now, they ascend safely and efficiently with our state-of-the-art stair tower.

Shut-off valves are essential for natural gas installations because natural gas is a volatile substance that needs to be handled with extreme care. Shut-off valves help ensure the safe operation and shut down of natural gas systems during normal operations or emergencies, reducing the risk of accident and injuries.

The natural gas industry is abuzz over work platforms' role in ensuring safety. No one likes a dangerous situation, after all! And while they might not look pretty, these platforms are essential to gaining access to shut-off valves and metering skid systems without risks of falling. After all, when it comes to natural gas production, the name of the game is safety first!

Worker safety is the priority of any industry, but not all know that crossover stairs and pipelines can play a dual role in helping to keep everyone safe. Both of these must be utilized correctly in order to maximize their effectiveness.

To ensure the safety of workers, natural gas operations should have a robust system of emergency shutoff valves (ESVs) in place and ensure that they are properly maintained and tested on a regular basis.
