Our experts simplify the complex
Polyethylene Railcar Track Pans
SafeRack provides high flow rate track pans for applications requiring capacity for larger spill containment system. They are SPCC compliant and feature:
+ 2 or 3-pan system
+ 4 1/2′ module sections
+ Self-draining, below grade piping
+ High flow rate
+ Optional rain covers
+ Low cost installation
Composite Railcar Track Pans
SafeRack provides high flow rate railcar track pans for applications requiring capacity for larger spill containment system. They are SPCC compliant and feature:
+ Easy installation – minimal site preparation (no excavation) required.
+ Constructed with high strength, non-porous, corrosion resistant fiberglass.
+ Low profile: 20’ long x 4-7/8” high
+ Pandrol compatible
+ Unique stormwater feature designed to eliminate “pooling”
+ Low cost installation without the need of heavy equipment
Ultra-Track Modular, 20-foot Railcar Spill Containment Pans
UltraTech is introducing their newest product, the Ultra-Track Railcar Pan, a 20-foot modular spill containment pan that is easy to install and effective to use. The pan can be designed to almost any length and is constructed of high-strength, non-porous, corrosion resistant fiberglass that will provide years of reliable service. Its low profile keeps the site preparation required for install to a minimum. Custom rail side gaskets prevent leaks and the drainage manifold comes standard with a clean out port to allow for removal of sludge blockages. The Ultra-Track makes use of cutting edge flow-through technology, which allows for increased containment capacity while minimizing cleanup of smaller spills.

Chemical Compatibility Guide
Track Pans, Composite Model, Standard Resin
For standard Composite Track Pans
This listing was prepared to provide guidance to the chemical compatibility of Ultra-Track Pans, Composite Model.
The standard resin used in the fiberglass composite is susceptible to attack by some chemicals which may cause stress cracking, swelling, oxidation or may permeate the containment. These reactions may reduce the physical properties of the composite.
When considering an UltraTech Composite Track Pan for use in secondary containment applications, it is important to note that most secondary containment products are designed to hold leaked chemicals for only hours, a day, at most a week. These secondary containment units would then be cleaned of any chemical. In these short-term applications, a greater variety of chemicals may be used with the standard fiberglass composite since the exposure time of the chemical to the resin is limited.

Customer Reviews
The product was delivered like a cheetah with a booster rocket attached to it’s back! I’ve found that I never have to look for another supplier for anything having to do with loading or unloading racks again. What’s left to say? Buy from SafeRack! You will be completely satisfied.
Good quality products!
We prefer to use normalized equipment with an expert like SafeRack, than some patch up solution that doesn’t survive time and is not certified. Plus, our SafeRack representative, John Nance, took care to keep us informed of the project status every step of the way.
Our orders are always delivered on time. Sometimes we request delivery dates that are out a month or two and it’s never a problem to have them delivered when we need them…we are happy with the product, delivery, and with communication with customer service and sales.
For the springs, I liked the fact that they came as matched pairs. For the swivel seal kits I liked the fact that they were inexpensive compared to the entire swivel joint. They provide short term repair potential in the event of failure of the primary installed components.
The gangway arrived promptly, within the time given. My salesperson was very responsive and presented no obstacles during the purchase process.
